I tried returning my yonanas and didn’t get very far. The warranty support felt slow and not all that helpful, with way too much back and forth for what should’ve been a simple fix. Maybe others have better luck, but for me it was a miss, and I wouldn’t buy from their site again

My order arrived in good shape, so that part was fine. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated, which made it kind of annoying because I kept checking and... yeah. Not a bad experience exactly, just average overall.

It works fine for what it is, but wow, it’s really loud. I’m not sure how to explain it, but the noise just feels way too intense for a regular kitchen appliance. I can’t use it when the kids are sleeping, which is kind of frustrating since I mainly wanted it for quick snacks. A little disappointing overall

I wanted to like this, I really did, but the taste was just weird and kind of bland. The texture came out icy and mushy instead of creamy, not creamy at all. I even used ripe bananas, so I’m not sure what went wrong.

I bought the Yonanas a few months back and it does make a good frozen banana snack. It’s simple to use and my kids are happy with it so that part has been nice.
The thing I’m not loving is that some of the plastic pieces feel kind of cheap. After using it quite a bit mine got louder and the chute does not click in as smoothly as it did at first.
It still works for now but for the price I thought it would feel a little sturdier. I don’t hate it just not totally sure how long it’s going to hold up

I was hoping for a lot more variety, but the recipes started feeling repetitive fast. After a few days, it felt like I was seeing the same kinds of meals over and over again. I reached out about it and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which just made it more annoying. I wanted fresh ideas, not a copy-paste apology.

I’ve been using it for frozen fruit and it does the job well, so I can’t really complain too much there. The results are decent and it’s easy enough to use. That said, for what it costs, I expected it to feel a bit sturdier and more premium. I also found it kind of annoying that when I looked up questions about it, the answers seemed inconsistent depending on where I checked, which didn’t help. Overall it’s not bad, but unless you’re going to use it all the time, I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price.

I emailed them twice and got absolutely nothing back. Not even a quick “we’re looking into it.” The so-called support team was basically the Disappearing Help Squad
